The Arbor Cadence snowboard is designed specifically for women, to fit a wide breadth of riding styles or freerides. Evolve your snowboarding and being while onboard the rideable figure of power by the talented Hilary Jane. Its flex is perfect for pressing and buttering in the park, holding high speeds on resort groomers, and securing stable takeoffs and landings in the pipe and off jumps. A team favorite for good reason. And this year Arbor is donating a portion of every Cadence sale to Boarding for Breast Cancer's mission to promote women's cancer awareness and prevention, so you can feel as good about your commitment to the health of the community of boarding women as you do your commitment to your own active lifestyle. Flex Rating (1 = soft, 10 = most responsive) 3 Suggested Use Resort / Park / Jibbing / Buttering / Groomers Camber / Rocker Style The Camber System design offers a poppy ride with crisp, fully engaged performance. Shape Women's Specific / True Twin Core Material FSC Certified Highland II Core: A newly developed screening process has allowed Arbor to hand select the very lightest and highest quality paulownia from quality sourcing partners. The result is a lighter, more responsive version of their FSC Certified Highland Core, known for highly reliable return and long-lasting durability. Construction Biax Glassing: A biax over biax lay–up that's designed for park and street inspired all-mountain riding. Also creates a good platform for learning. Entropy Bio Resin: Starting with Arbor's 2020 line they are proud to announce that all Powerplys and R.A.P. Topless Tech veneers will be made with Entropy Bio-Resin, a replacement for traditional petroleum based resin that doesn't affect performance or usability. The ingredients that go into Entropy Bio-Resin are sourced as co-products or waste products of other industrial processes and are manufactured employing green chemistry techniques that reduce the carbon footprint of the material by up to 40% (when compared to its petroleum based equivalent). 360-Degree Rails: A 360-degree, fully wrapped sidewall that eliminates the need for tip fill, while effectively tying the whole snowboard together. A technology that delivers incredibly tight tolerances for improved board life and durability. Bio-Plastic Topsheet: One of the materials Arbor uses in their quest to eliminate harmful petroleum-based plastics from their production cycle. Made from CastorBean Oil, this eco-topsheet is extremely durable and water repellent. Arbor's signature Powerply topsheet, made with a sustainably eastern USA-sourced hand dyed ash wood. The natural grain not only creates the style they've been known for since 1995, but also improves the strength, durability, and return of their snowboards. The Power Ply works like an added layer of fiberglass, and contributes to make these designs the most labor–intensive snowboards on the market. The resulting performance, board life, finish quality, reduced reliance on man–made glues, coatings, and composites are worth the extra effort. Arbor is proud to offer a 100% solar-generated manufacturing process. Edges Recycled Steel Edge Factory Tuned: Arbor detunes the tip and tail contact points on all snowboards for a catch-free ride before they leave the factory. Base Sintered base: A higher molecular weight, sintered base that provides added durability and speed. Wend Natural Wax: All Arbor snowboards hit the shop floor ready to ride with Wend Natural Wax. Zero Waste Base Technology: All of Arbor's die-cut bases feature their Zero Waste Base technology. This process is essential to reducing carbon footprints and eliminating waste during the manufacturing process Binding Mounting System 2x4 Inserts
